Industry Background

The conversion tube is subjected to high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive gases during use, so the material of the conversion tube should have oxidation resistance, carburizing resistance, coking resistance, and high temperature strength. At present, MIDREX designs continuously increase the furnace temperature of the reforming furnace, requiring the conversion tube to withstand temperatures above 1185 ℃. Obviously, traditional materials cannot reach this temperature resistance level.
