NPA prepares quality manuals and procedural documents in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 19001 (ISO9001) standard documents and product structure, covering all quality control regulations of the product. Quality management is strictly carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T 19001 (ISO9001).

Prepare production drawings, technical documents, and quality inspection plans for each contract. Provide raw material inspection, production process inspection, finished product inspection, and outsourced part inspection.

The equipment and facilities for production, inspection, and testing meet the requirements of various inspections and tests.

Each production process should set up a shutdown point at the corresponding quality inspection location, and check the product quality of the corresponding process. Record and label at each shutdown point.
