Full spectrum direct reading spectrometer

The laboratory has spark direct reading spectrometers such as Thermo Fisher ARL8860, Hitachi 0E750, Italian GNR S3, and German Spike SPECTRO MAXx. The ARL8860 equipment detector uses photomultiplier tubes for photoelectric signal conversion and is equipped with multiple channels, which have the characteristics of stability, high accuracy, and a wide range of measurement contents. The Hitachi 0E750, Italian GNR S3, and German Spike SPECTRO MAXx models all use CCD detectors, which have full spectrum detection capabilities, multiple types of testing elements, fast speed, and easy maintenance. The above equipment uses standard samples that match our company's product matrix to draw a large number of working curves before leaving the factory and during installation, covering the entire range of product element content to ensure the accuracy of pre furnace sample and finished product element analysis.

The content of oxygen and nitrogen gases has a crucial impact on the properties of high-temperature alloys. They can cause defects such as shrinkage, bubbles, porosity, point segregation, cracks, etc. in steel, and also have their own unique effects on the properties of steel. Therefore, measuring oxygen and nitrogen gases is of great significance. Oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer is a specialized equipment for detecting gas content in steel. It adopts pulse heating and infrared thermal conductivity detection technology, which can achieve rapid and accurate determination of oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen elements in steel, metal powder, non-ferrous metals and other materials.

Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer

The carbon and sulfur content have a crucial impact on the mechanical and process properties of high-temperature alloys, therefore determining the carbon and sulfur content in alloy materials is of great significance. The high-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer and high-speed carbon sulfur analyzer used by our company can accurately determine the content of carbon and sulfur in various alloy materials, and the detection limit can reach PPM level. In the daily analysis and testing process, according to the analysis standards, the carbon and sulfur detection data of the spark direct reading spectrometer can also be calibrated to ensure that accurate data can be quickly obtained for daily ladle carbon and sulfur analysis and finished product carbon and sulfur analysis, ensuring efficient and high-quality production promotion.

High temperature endurance testing machine

There are a total of 49 testing machines mainly used to measure the durability performance of various metals and alloy materials in high temperature environments (300-1150 ℃). This machine uses high-precision lever weights to provide constant test force, and achieves fully automatic operation of the machine through a PLC control system. Widely used in industries such as mechanical metallurgy, national defense and military industry, aerospace, automobile manufacturing, research institutes, universities, and relevant quality inspection institutions. The laboratory conducts experimental analysis by professionals with doctoral and master's degrees in materials science, and the corresponding personnel hold certificates in experimental characterization/analysis and testing, which can operate in a standardized manner. Among them, 17 devices can be tested individually, and another 4 sets of independently developed six head testing machines can achieve high-temperature endurance testing of six samples simultaneously, equivalent to 24 high-temperature endurance testing machines that can be tested individually.

Composed of a computer system and a card type digital measurement control system, it automatically and accurately measures and controls test parameters such as force, displacement, and deformation. It is a multifunctional and high-precision static testing machine that can be used for tensile, compressive, bending, and other tests of metal and non-metal materials (tonnage 200KN). It can also control the rate of test force, deformation, and constant test force, constant deformation, and other tests.

Dynamic balance

Roller body dynamic balance refers to a technology that achieves high rotational accuracy by coordinating the structure of the roller body during high-speed rotational motion. It is one of the important means to achieve high-speed, stable, and long-life operation of mechanical rotating structures. Poor dynamic balance of the roller body can lead to problems such as vibration, noise, and damage during equipment operation, thereby affecting product quality and production capacity. By controlling the dynamic balance of the roller body, vibration and noise during equipment operation can be reduced, equipment life can be extended, and production efficiency and product quality can be improved.

The roller profile meter can continuously measure the diameter changes in the length direction of the roller, and control the contour curve of the roller during the roller manufacturing process. In production, rollers usually have to be replaced within a predetermined period of time, or sometimes due to failure. This leads to an increase in costs.
